A-Maize-In Blue Catering serves the University of Michigan Medical Campus

All food is created and cooked onsite so you can be assured of quality and freshness. A wide variety of menu options are available to suit everyone’s budget and palate. Menu options include seasonal, holiday and ethnic food options. Custom menus can be created upon request.

Staff provides timely service in addition to tasty food at the venue of your choice within the Michigan Medical Campus. One customer commented: “I put in a last-minute order for hot chocolate and cookies - it was a rough commute and I wanted to cheer up our staff. I had great service, and the cookies and hot chocolate were great. Thank you!”

All meals and utensils are individually packaged and prepared by COVID-19 safety standards. While not yet available on the CaterTrax website, it is currently available via email.
