UH Café and all the dining operations supported by Aramark at the University Hospital are proud to source food and services locally. 

Some of the food suppliers we use are names you may be very familiar with: Better Made, Dearborn Ham, Kar's Nuts, Great Lakes Potato Chip Company, Barry Bagels, General Mills Yoplait, Wolverine Packing Company, Kellogg's, Flat Out, Nestle Waters, and many more.

We also use many suppliers who provide packaging and other services, like BBC Distributing and Sysco.

We proudly partner with many local restaurants and invite their participation as guest restaurants:  Sabroso (Mexican), Earthen Jar (Indian, Vegetarian, Kosher), Sushi Kabar, Ginger Deli, aMa Bistro, Shawarma Bash, Sweet Twists and The Big Salad. We are always adding new guest restaurants to the UH Café.
