Einstein Bros. Bagels is located on the 2nd floor of the University Hospital (adjacent to the UH Café, which is the main cafeteria for the hospital). Follow the signs for UH Café and you will see a large metal fork sculpture. Make a left immediately upon entering the hall entrance to the UH Café to find Einstein Bros. Bagels.
